Sew Sweet Shoppe
Beginning in January! This sweetly inspired, year-long program is designed for quilters of all tastes and skill levels. It's a fact - quilters love sweets and they love scrappy quilts.
Each month, we will celebrate the featured sweet treat to make colorful scrappy quilts in related colorways. We will enjoy a dessert and coffee or tea. A two hour club meeting to share sweets, a pattern of the month, demos, show and tell and those who want to cut and sew are invited to stay.
Call to sign-up today space is limited. Cost - $60.00 for a year membersip or $10.00 per single meeting.
The Breakfast Club
Do you need something to get you up in the morning or add a little bounce to your day? Come join us for our Breakfast Club!
The Breakfast Club will meet each month to enjoy a breakfast treat and receive a quilt pattern of the month. The patterns are Honey Bun friendly and will work well with all of your left over strips from past projects. There will also be door prizes, demos, as well as lots of fun and socialization.
The club will meet the third Monday and Saturday of every month at 10 a.m. Each club meeting costs $5. See you for breakfast!
Beginning Quilting by Machine
 We are gearing up for the second session of our Beginning Quilting by Machine course! In this class designed for beginning quilters, you will learn everything ranging from the basics of proper rotary cutting all the way up to machine quilting your very own quilt. Each week of this eight week, two-hour session course focuses on a different aspect of creating and constructing your quilt, so by the end of the class you have a quilt of your own and are prepared to take on your next quilting project with confidence.
There are a variety of class times to accomodate schedules:
Tuesdays 6-8pm, March 2 - April 20
Thursdays 9-11am, March 4-April 22
Saturdays 2-4pm, March 6-April 24
The cost of the course is $80 plus fabric and supplies. First time students will receive a 30% discount on the fabrics purchased for the class as well as a 15% discount on supplies.

Beginning Sewing Class
Want to learn how to sew but are unsure where to start? Start at Lyric's! Our beginning sewing class introduces you to the ins and outs of the sewing machine, rotary cutting and techniques to make your very own pillowcase in class. The cost of the course is $29 which includes cost of fabric and instruction time. To shedule a class, call or come by the store.
Cuddle Quilt Workshop
There are two certainties in life: 1) People love quilts 2) People love Shannon Fabrics Cuddle Cloth.We are now combining these two certainties and are offering a Cuddle Quilt Workshop.Come enjoy working with yards of wonderfully soft cuddle cloth and take home a beautiful and oh-so-soft quilt at the end of the workshop!
Our next workshop will be Saturday, March 6 from 9am-1pm. If you are unable to make our Saturday workshops, one on one classes can be scheduled during the week.
The cost of the workshop is $45 plus fabric and supplies. Students are required to bring their own sewing machine, spray adhesive, walking foot, rotary cutter, fabric scissors and 24" ruler. A 25% discount will be given on fabrics and supplies purchased at Lyric's.
This class is recommended for intermediate sewers and above.
